Q: Which one should I pick, one of Icky's discs or a Custom made disc?
A: Icky's discs cost less and will be shipped right away. Custom discs will be made within 24 hours then require 7 days to dry completely. So if you need the disc fast, choose one of Icky's. If you can wait, make a custom disc. It's well worth it.
Q: I don't like any of your discs, can I get a different one?
A: Absolutely, let us know what you need and we can get it in about a week.
Q: What is a dyed disc?
A: It's a disc that has been permanently dyed, tattoed if you will. The design will never rub off or smear. It's on there forever.
Q: How do you make them?
A: We put a vinyl decal on the disc, place the disc in some dye, remove the disc then remove the decal.
Q: That sounds easy, why isn't everyone making them.
A: Trust me it's not easy, otherwise everyone would be making them.
Q: How long have you been dying discs?
A: I dyed my first disc in October 2007.
Q: That's not very long, how did you get so good so fast?
A: Well, I have 15 years of computer graphics experience. Without that knowledge I couldn't have made any of the discs here. So I'm just getting started and I have no idea what to expect.
Q: What can we expect from you in the future?
A: Expect the unexpected.
Q: Why are they so expensive?
A: Considering they're only a few dollars above retail, we think they're a bargain. It will become your favorite disc. It's the one you'll pull out of your bag to show your friends, and the one you'll turn to when you need the perfect shot. You'll be absolutely devastated when you lose it but Sticky Icky's right here with a replacement. Not bad for a few extra dollars.
